Pepper mills from Turned Out Great! are guaranteed for three years from the date of purchase and the CrushGrind® grinding mechanism carries a limited 25 year warranty. We take pride in our hand crafted pepper mills and that is why we guarantee the body of our mills against any manufacturing defect for a period of three years from the purchase date.

An authentic CrushGrind® ceramic mechanism is the workhorse of each of our hand turned mills. CrushGrind® guarantees the ceramic parts inside their mechanism for a period of 25 years.

This warranty is limited to defects on the mill body and the CrushGrind® mechanism. It does not cover loss or damage caused by normal wear, accident, misuse or improper care.

Exposure to water, direct sunlight, high humidity and/or extreme temperature changes may cause the wood to warp and/or crack and would not be covered by this warranty.

Never immerse your mill body in water. Should cleaning be necessary wipe using a warm, lightly dampened cloth and towel drive immediately. Wipe down the exterior wood surface with a good quality food grade cutting board oil/wax immediately following cleaning and at periodic intervals to protect your mill.

Decision whether or not to repair or replace will be at the sole discretion of Turned Out Great! and will be based on an assessment of the manufacturing defect.

The original receipt is required as proof of purchase for any warranty claim.

Warranty does not cover shipping or any other costs associated with returning the mill to Turned Out Great! nor the costs associated with its return to the customer. Return shipping will be billed to the customer at standard Canada Post shipping rates and must be paid before the mill is return shipped.
