Refund, Return, Exchange

Our goals are to accurately depict our products and have you completely satisfied with your order. If, for some reason, the product does not meet your expectations we will replace or refund the product cost, provided you contact us at info@turnedoutgreat.ca within 7 days of receipt of your order. At that time we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization number which is needed to complete the product return.

Refund or exchange will be made once the product has been returned to us and inspected to ensure that it meets all applicable return criteria.

Returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and include all tags, original packaging, printed material and must be in new/unused/undamaged condition. The return merchandise authorization number must also accompany the return (either printed on the return label or included in a note with the returned product). Returns will not be accepted without a valid return merchandise authorization number.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during shipping or addressed to an incomplete or inaccurate addresses. We recommend that you ship all returns via an insured carrier.

Orders are usually processed very quickly and changes, substitutions or cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been packaged/shipped.
