Turned Out Great! aims to ship regular, in stock orders within two business days after receipt of payment. Orders placed on the weekend or statutory holidays will be shipped as soon as possible on the next available business days. For custom/special orders please allow an additional 4 to 6 weeks for production.

Orders shipped to Canadian and USA destinations are usually shipped via insured Expedited Parcel. Delivery times can vary from area to area. In general, orders shipped within Canada usually take between 2-7 days, and orders shipped to the USA usually take between 5-14 days. For orders shipped to other international destinations, please call or email for details.

We cannot be responsible for deliveries damaged by shipping*, incomplete or inaccurate delivery addresses or recipients not being at the delivery address to accept delivery.

*Products are shipped insured and should they arrive damaged recourse will be through the shipper.
